Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of allthemsignals.com (the "Service"), operated by Dino Kukic ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
All Them Signals is a brand and keyword monitoring tool. You configure keywords, and we monitor publicly available content on third-party platforms (Hacker News, Reddit, Bluesky, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Lobsters, Mastodon, dev.to, Medium, Lemmy, Product Hunt, Hacker Noon, Discourse, npm, PyPI, YouTube, and Google News) to find matches and notify you via email, RSS, JSON feeds, or webhooks.
We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content surfaced through the Service. Matches are returned as-is from the source platform.
2. Account
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@allthemsignals.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup, and to keep it updated.
3. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
3.1 Plans
The Service is offered on three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page. We may change plan limits, features, or prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing paid subscribers via email; changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
3.2 Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
3.4 Refunds
All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@allthemsignals.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features after a reasonable retry period. Your account and data are not deleted on suspension; access is restored once payment succeeds.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to monitor content in violation of applicable law
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute matches, alerts, or any data sourced through the Service to third parties without written permission
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or access the Service through automated means other than the documented API and feed endpoints
- Configure keywords intended to harass, dox, or facilitate stalking of any individual
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or platform usage caps
- Use the Service to monitor private content (private messages, non-public posts, accounts behind authentication walls), or to circumvent third-party platform Terms of Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, other users' accounts, or the upstream platforms we monitor
- Resell webhook deliveries, RSS/JSON feeds, or any aggregated mention data as a standalone product
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
5. Keywords and Content
5.1 Your Keywords
You retain all rights to the keywords you configure. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your keyword list internally for the sole purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.
5.2 High-Noise Keywords
To protect the Service from abuse, we maintain a list of overly broad keywords (e.g. "ai", "python", "github") that cannot be added on any plan. The list may be updated at our discretion. You are encouraged to use specific brand or product names instead.
5.3 Third-Party Content
Matched content originates from third-party platforms and remains the property of its respective authors and platforms. We do not claim any rights over such content. Use of matched content is subject to the terms of the originating platform.
6. Service Availability and Limits
We provide the Service on a "best-effort" basis. We may, without prior notice:
- Perform maintenance, deploy updates, or change infrastructure
- Add, modify, or remove platforms, features, or integrations
- Adjust rate limits, polling intervals, or data retention windows in response to upstream platform changes
- Temporarily suspend the Service to address security or stability issues
Match latency, completeness, and delivery depend on third-party platforms over which we have no control. We do not guarantee that every public mention will be captured or delivered within any specific timeframe.
7. Workspaces and Teams
If you invite collaborators to a workspace, you confirm you have the authority to share workspace data with them. Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of their members within the workspace and for managing roles and access.
Workspace data (shared keywords, alert history, analytics) is visible to all members per their assigned role. Removing a member revokes their access immediately, but does not delete content they previously created within the workspace.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@allthemsignals.com. Upon account closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if continued service to you exposes us to legal or operational risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer an opportunity to remedy the issue, except in cases of clear bad faith.
8.3 Effect of Termination
On termination, your access to the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) remain in effect.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, name, and content (excluding third-party matched content and your keywords), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service per these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where applicable law expressly permits.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be free of errors, secure, or available at any specific time. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of matched content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including the terms of upstream platforms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
